Service & Delivery Due to COVID, the delivery was limited to drop-off at my porch. Most people who need this type of chair need delivery and set up inside the hone. |

A Little About Myself Disabled senior |
Pros Love the Brisa leather, smooth operation, attractive chair. I have MS and sleep in a chair. I also have trouble with my feet swelling and, since I've been able to sleep in the zero gravity position, this has been much improved. |
Cons The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it's a bit firm. I'm hoping it will soften up with time and use. |

Pros Comfortable, attractive, well made recliner, not too bulky, positions perfect for my needs, easy to get in/out with chair lift good warranty, fast delivery |
Cons Wall plug-in cord could be longer (maybe retractable). |
Service & Delivery Service was very helpful & delivery was quick/on-time. |
Recliner has been a lifesaver for me during of my hip replacement surgery. The chair lift feature has made it easy to get in & out of the recliner. It's not too oversized, and the zero gravity & trendelenberg positions have eased the pain in my back and legs. Best of all, it was made in the USA. |

Pros Very comfortable for relaxing and watching TV. Also unbeatable for relaxing and falling asleep on those nights that are not conducive to sleeping. |
Cons I have neck problems and even though the back is straight it is still not good when my neck is giving me problems. I need to lean it back further, then I tend to fall asleep too easily. |
Service & Delivery Service and delivery was fantastic even tho there was a delay in delivery because there was a leak in the truck and the first chair got wet. Needed to wait for the second delivery. |
I love it and it does pretty much what I want it to do. |

Service & Delivery Came fully assembled in large cardboard box. Requires only to have cords connected (easy job) to use after uncrating and moving into house, but chair is heavy. You'll need help if you're frail. |
Researched extensively before purchase. Knew what we wanted, so we shopped for best price. Appears to be basically the same chair advertised in AAARP magazine, but at a better price. |

The chair is a bit heavy, so we do offer setup options, but always like for the customer to make the decision if it's worth it or not. A Little About Myself Retiree / caregiver |
Pros Very comfortable and sturdy. Well built and functional. Stock fabric is also very attractive. |
Cons We paid extra to order a chair with heat and massage. The heat doesn't seem to do anything. The chair is no warmer with it on than off. The massage feature is nothing more than some vibrations. This feature is not worth the extra cost or extra time it took to be ordered.
There are many buttons on the remote that could be confusing to a person who is ill. |
Service & Delivery The service from US Medical and particularly our salesperson, Scott, was outstanding. They were very helpful in selecting the correct chair and making sure it was delivered in a timely manner. Delivery was also fast once the chair was completed at the factory. The company called us to set up a delivery window and came in the allotted time. |
It would be nice if they also had an option to buy the same upholstery fabric as arm and extra seat covers. |
