I've had the chair for a week plus and it is the most awesome piece of furniture. The massage/heat option is amazing. 1/2 hour in the chair is better then a $100 visit to a massage parlor. My back/lumbar pain issues are greatly diminished. I recommend this option be encouraged with every chair you sell, even to people who don't have back pain issues. The comfort/relief it gives is just so good. I have a $5,000 ortho bed which has become no match to my new Golden Chair. Plus dealing with your company is a very nice experience.

You may use this recommendation. The Golden Chairs should be on every senior citizens and others must have list. I now wish I had purchased one years ago.

I just wanted to take a brief moment to recognize the beyond-exemplary customer service of one of your sales staff - Jaden Peterson. Two nights ago I was considering a power lift recliner for my 86 year old father, but had become somewhat over saturated with the confusing information available. I saw your online ad for one of the chairs I was considering, and called for the price and to get some clarification on what distinguishes chairs. Jaden took more time than I ever expected from an online contact to make sure I fully understood the features and construction of the chair I was considering, as well as the same for other competing chairs. And, while I ended up getting a chair - the Serta 525M - costing a bit more than the one I originally called about, at NO POINT did I feel I was being upsold. In fact, I might go so far as to say that Jaden was most careful to point out the qualities of chairs costing slightly less, and the marginal differences between them and the ones costing more. I believe this positive shopping experience speaks to the level of commitment of both Jaden and you, as his superior. I'm sure you get your share of complaints, but I wanted to make sure you heard from a very satisfied customer.

My Mom's chair arrived Monday and is great! It was a complete surprise! We weren't expecting it so soon and the trucking company didn't call ahead as requested. Still can't complain about getting it early! Pride somehow got the wrong apartment number and the driver attempted to deliver it to that one. Fortunately, someone got him to the right destination. I had not told my mom what to expect since we expected to get a call in advance and would have been there. She probably gave the driver a bit of a hard time thinking he was supposed to set it up. He was very kind and got it all out of its packaging. My brother, sister in law and I got there the next day and got everything moved around and set up and she very happily went right off to sleep in it after finally getting in it! I have received my AmeriGlide Bath Lift and used it several times. It is everything I was promised, i.e. easy to use and satisfactory. Even though I am not too handicapped to step into the tub and use the shower, I was not able to submerge in the water. It is wonderful to be able to soak my aching joints in the warm water again. It is far superior to remodeling the bathroom to accommodate the step-in tubs now being promoted.

We are glad we bought the better unit because of the ease of storage. If there is a concern it would be the total weight of the unit. However quality products are usually heavier than the economical models.

I bought a liftchair from USM & love it. I don't see how you can improve the quality of this chair. It is so comfortable that some evenings when I wake up in the middle of the night, I lay back in the chair & go right back to sleep. The material is so soft and cuddly. I would recommend this chair to anyone. I had a cheaper lift chair that was not comfortable at all. It pays to add the difference & get the more expensive one. It was worth it. The Lift Chair we ordered for Mom was delivered ahead of schedule, which made my 95 year-old mother break out in a big smile. I want to thank you for the excellent service in the production and delivery of the Ameriglide stair lift. It's fabulous and exactly as advertised! It was easy to install: a friend installed it in an evening with no difficulty. It works beautifully with a smooth and safe ride. It looks great and blends right in with the molding on the staircase itself. Of course, I've found many uses for the stair lift besides transporting humans. I send the laundry up and down, so no more worrying about tripping while carrying a heavy basket. I strap the canister vacuum cleaner on the seat and no longer have to lug it up and down the stairs. It carries books, food, whatever you need. I love this and really appreciate the correct instructions, ease of installation and speed of delivery.

I know I was a pest calling you but you returned all my calls and understood the urgency of the situation and that was a comfort to me.
