Pros Great to work with. Very professional. Taylor was great to work with and very honest. |
Cons The delivery company was a load! Refused to even help to unload 2 130 pound chairs. |
Service & Delivery Everything up the unloading of the chairs went great. The delivery company was not so good. The driver said ��� not my job to help you unload���. |
I would order from these guys again without hesitation. |

A Little About Myself Lady with BAD knees |
Pros I love my new chair. It is very comfortable and seems to be well made. Heat and massage very nice feature. |
Cons The arm covers that I ordered are very small. They do not stay on the chair arms.( Waste of money). Also I bought a head pillow which never arrived with the chair. I was told they are manufactured by another company. 5 weeks later and I still do not have them. |

Cons Directions for putting it together are sorely lacking detail! |
Service & Delivery Arrived a few days earlier than expected it to & UPS guy even took it upstairs to their senior living unit -- much appreciated. |

A Little About Myself daughter of the one who needs this |
Pros Very soft, the men putting it together thought it was leather. Really lifts my dad up, almost to a stand. My dad loves it, he can finally sit in a lower chair and get his swollen 90 year old legs up and not fight to get up! |

Service & Delivery Curbside delivery is as it sounds. They deliver it to the curbside and you bring it in, uncrate etc... |
My dad loves the chair. It has given him freedom and comfort at the same time. |

A Little About Myself Disabled |
Pros Great chair for the money. We bought a lift chair for her that way I could use it if I needed to. This chair is built better than the one I have been using. I have had MS for many years and need to rely on this kind of chair. As it turns out, after owning her chair for about two months my chair broke a spring. We turned to our pc and ordered another one just like the first only one size bigger. |
Cons I can't come up with anything. IT"S JUST GREAT. |

I spent $900 on a Laz-y-Boy when my mother first moved here. When we decided she needed a lift chair, I took a chance on this one. It was far and away better than the comparable Laz-y-Boy and about 60% of the price. A really good quality chair at a fantastic price. Great customer service too. Thanks Katie! |

| This chair is for my 92 year old mother. She couldn't get out of her recliner and her arm was very sore from pulling the lever up. Now its been a few weeks since she has had her chair and is doing very good. She says her back doesn't hurt as much now. |
