Bought this for my 95yr old mom. She is so pleased with the chair!! She goes on and on about how comfortable it is and how easy to operate (as she has some neuropathy in her fingers)
We also purchased the "easy up" option which was worth every penny spent. I'm impressed with how fast the lift time is as opposed to the normal lift time. We couldn't be more pleased with our product and service. |

Pros nice material, quite operation, friendly delivery, however, too expensive for what they did. |
Cons arm rests are too low and chair makes my neck tilt forward, not good. also, seat could be wider. |
Service & Delivery took a long time, then 3 day delay due to broke down trucks, man on the phone had attitude issue(freight co.) |
wish the cons could be corrected. |

A Little About Myself a caregiver |
Pros Quick delivery and great price! |
Cons Although the initial web ordering did not go smoothly since my ordered was cancelled a day or two later for a still unexplained reason. After I phoned them to place the order in again, all went well. I had to request an order confirmation be sent to me by email to make sure everything was correct. Otherwise, I was pleased with how everything else turned out. My mother loves the chair and it is now much easier for her to get up off the chair compared to her old recliner. |
Service & Delivery Delivery went extremely well. I was happy. |
I'd purchase from this merchant again. They do need to improve on their web ordering process though in my opinion. The people I spoke with on the phone were always courteous and helpful. |

Pros Chair is comfortable and well sized - we ordered the petite size. It was easy to assemble and works as described. The fabric is as described. |
Cons There was some confusion with the delivery time, but in the end the company and the trucking company did the right thing and got the chair to my mom on time. |

I would recommend this chair, but be careful to fully understand the delivery schedule for the fabric that is selected. Even the quick ship can be a special build. |

Pros lifts nicely, reclines to a comfortable position, pretty fabric, seems well made. Good price. |
Cons could use a little more padding in the back |
Service & Delivery The delivery was not good. The delivery company used a lift truck that was out of service for over a week. They had been told that my yard was very soft sand and when they got here they could not drive the truck in the yard and I had to help by pushing his cart while the man pulled to get it up to my front door. I had to have a friend come 25 miles to get it set up in my house. |
I like the chair not the delivery service. |

Cons My Mother resisted the change from her rocker to the lift chair. After much urging, she is using the lift chair and learning about its features. |

Pros I liked how the salesperson limited the selection to just the lift chairs that would work for my purchase. He was able to answer all of my questions, and was knowledgeable about all of your products. The price was reasonable and the service was quite fast. |
