If you struggle or avoid the bathtub due to your mobility impairment, the USM Bathtub Walk-In Conversion Kit is the answer to your prayers!
By modifying your existing bathtub, you can now enter with ease and shower or take a bath sitting or lying down. You no longer have to climb over a high bathtub wall!
This kit comes with an optional door which you only need to purchase if you want to bathe in a tub full of water. Without the optional door, you can simply use a shower curtain while you shower standing or sitting. But, one of the most innovative parts of the USM kit is the stainless steel door and rubber seal. Using several magnets that are placed onto the lip, it easily attaches to the steel and rubber to hold it in place and provide you with a strong, lightweight steel door and fantastic seal which allows you to bathe in a relaxing warm bath.
The installation process will take approximately 2 hours, and you will be able to use it after 24 hours have passed.
Compatible with almost any kind of tub shell - including steel and fiberglass! Conversions can also be made on garden and jacuzzi tubs! Call us if you have any questions!

USM are a pleasure to work with: HOWEVER I am not impressed with the installation process.Delstal seems to be having trouble finding an installer to service me (3 weeks so far) Everyone at Delstal has been kind and courteous, but I have already paid for this and no action so far. I would recommend to others but with reservations |

We all need the lower step for our safety! |
