Service & Delivery My chair was late. I called the person who sold it to me and he essentially told me he had nothing to do with following up on this situation. So I had to call Pride who called Reddaway. Maybe I'm wrong, but I
felt that the person/company who sold me this chair would essentially follow up untll it was delivered to
me if there were any problems |

Pros Very comfortable, pretty color, makes me more independent |
Cons I was unable to get out of the chair by myself. I just didn't have the strength. My son built a platform to attach the chair to. It gave me about 2 more inches. He also painted it to match the chair color. If he hadn't done that, the chair would have been useless to me. I wish I had taken more time to look at all the options to see if one would have been better for me. We have made the chair work for me. |
Service & Delivery Went well. My husband and son were here and helped the delivery man. |
This is the 3rd lift chair I've used. Two of them have been new to me. One was used by my mother first. While it's not your fault, it frustrated me that we had to modify the chair in order for it to work for me. |

Cons Framing is a little light. |
Service & Delivery Delivery was about a week. I ordered on Saturday and it arrived the following Friday. |

Glad you're liking the chair. We agree the two buttons seem backwards at first glance, but with only two buttons it doesn't take too long to figure it out. Most of the other Pride chairs have a more intuitive and "sleek" looking hand control. You can always give us a call and we'll confirm what to expect. |

Service & Delivery The service was a problem. They had originally sent me an invoice with a certain amount, less than I was quoted. Great, I thought that it was a deal of some kind. Then the withdrawal from my account was more then the invoice amount. When I questioned them, I was told by three different people how it was a mistake and that they would not honor the first invoice given to me. Needless to say to this day they have not choose to honor their mistake as they called it. As for delivery they set up a time of 1:00pm to 5:00 but then showed up at 10:00am because they were in the area, and were unable to deliver it because there was no one home. Would I recommend this product? - yes. Would I recommend this company? - NO. |
This was bought to make life a little easier for my father-in-law who is 90. |

Service & Delivery The delivery was on time, but the delivery person was not very nice. I know that is not the fault of US medical. |
The power chair is a great help with my mom. So glad we got it. |

Pros The chair is perfect size and easy to operate by my husband who has parkisons and on set of alzheimer. The lift height is such that he can stand up on his own and use a walker placed in front of him. |
