A Little About Myself

Highly-Educated, Disabled Female

Pros

Easy to assemble, sturdy, gives reliable support to walk in various terrains from concrete to gravel, comfortable to use, comfortable seat, easy to fold and put into car

Cons

Brakes are hard to adjust and tread on wheels wear out long before anything else but the cost of fixing the brakes and getting new tires is more expensive than buying a new one.

Service & Delivery

Ordering the rollator was a breeze. The hardest part was selecting the color. The representative was committed in getting me the right solution which allowed me to discuss the pros and cons of other possibilities. I never felt like I was being rushed. Delivery . It was right to my door. The rollator arrived before I expected.
Going over cobblestone and flagstone is bumpy because you feel every seam. Most important is that it gives me freedom to "go the distance" so I can go to places that a cane or other walkers didn't allow because they didn't provide secure support and a place to rest when needed like the rollator. I got my first rollator after major intestinal surgery with complications that required 6 months of recovery. I would have been virtually trapped in my house for those months if not for the support and ability to sit when tired given by the rollator. It was a joy to move from a wheelchair to the rollator. I became mobile and didn't have to rely on someone to move around my house and neighborhood. Without reservation I have recommended rollators to several of my mobility struggling friends.
