The Ultra X also uses a battery pack for increased usability on the road. The battery pack simply drops into place, no wires need to be connected.
There is also 3 wheel version available.

A Little About Myself The Pride's owner is my 96 year old mother. |
Pros This scooter has vastly improved my mother's life. And she loves it!
The Pride is very easy to use in the house or for shopping, the bank or trips to the library.
The Pride made giving up driving easyier for my mother. A long overdue decision.
The Pride takes about 30 minutes to put together. No tools needed! Easy as pie. |
Cons There is no way to conveniently carry a cane on the Pride. It would be a great idea to install a cane-bracket on the supports tubes for the arm rests.
The batter charger must connect to the battery down low under the seat. It is difficult for my mother to reach this plug. It would be better if this connection was higher and easier to reach. |
Service & Delivery Delivered within a week after ordering. Sooner than expected! |
I am so pleased that my mother has this scooter in her life. It is a perfect fit! |

A Little About Myself Husband of Disabled wife |
Pros Easy to assemble, no ramps, single charge lasted all week, with a little push from me, it climbed hills great, basics were simple to use |
Cons instructions not clear on some items, like locking and adjustments |
Awesome, we toured Alaska with it from Wasilla to Whittier, off road and on, we quickly figured out the scooter stopped if hill to steep, but if I walked beside my wife and gently pushed we could climb some pretty steep stuff |

Cons The kids complain alot. |
Service & Delivery quick and quiet:) |
I've been looking for a way to get around for awhile, I'm 94, so maybe the last 15 years...Anyhow, I think I've found it! This scooter is for the AGED, shrunk 7" - use to be 5'2". Well, I guess you want to hear about the scooter. IT'S FANTASTIC! Just when I thought my kids couldn't take things and put them back together again. Now apparently I can go where ever they go and with style. Thanks Go-Go Ultra X scooter, you've made me ultra happy. :-)) |

Pros Easy to assembly. Easy to operate. This travel scooter, has enlarged my social life and activities. |
Cons Wish it had reflective decals and a headlight to extend usability during dusk hours. Wish it went faster than 4 mph, especially when crossing the streets. |
Service & Delivery I was very Surprised! Super quick delivery! |

A Little About Myself Tired wife of disabled vet. |
Pros Lightweight, but sturdy. Sort of like the energizer bunny... takes a licking but keeps on ticking. |
Cons Cuts off when tackling too many bumps or hard terrain. We could have used more directions, but it didn't take long to figure things out. |
Service & Delivery UPS delivered the scooter and we put it together the next night in no time at all. We had to get over our apprehension first though. |
Love being able to put into the car without ramp. Amazed how easy to put together. My husband loves his new mobility. Took it to New Orleans recently and the valet guys had no problem putting it together and taking it apart. When we went inside it fit right into small areas. |

Pros Good on blacktop road, easy to operate. |
Cons It goes on graveled road but rides very hard and bumpy on this kind of road. Anyone with hip, back and knee problems should not use on graveled road. |
Service & Delivery Excellent |
I have had my scooter for about a month, now, and have enjoyed riding on blacktop around my daughter's neighborhood. |
