A Little About Myself Senior with trouble getting around. |
Pros We got the vinyl covering and it is fantastic. Everyone thinks it is leather. The seat is firm and the back is cushy we are in love with this lift chair. |
Cons N/A |
Service & Delivery During the first delivery the boxes were wet so we refused them, but the next delivery was fine. The sales team was so helpful in finding us the right chair. |
Thanks |

Pros We were very pleased with the courteous service, prompt reply to questions, and suggestion of this chair for our particular resident. It is a beautiful lift chair and sits quite comfortably for our resident. FREE shipping was great!!!! |
Cons The only concern we have is that the footrest does 'drop down' a bit with the weight of our resident's leg. Hope it will hold up as it is labeled to handle the weight at which the resident is. |
May want to build a support drop bar in the middle of the foot rest for people who are fighting excessive swelling of their legs to add support to the foot rest. |

A Little About Myself Large person with bad knees |
Pros It lifts you very easily and is very quiet. |
Cons It's hard and definitely needs more cushion. |
Service & Delivery Service was great!
Delivery on this chair and our first
one was horrible. They won't deliver on a caliche road. Will only deliver on certain days. Needs to be sent UPS or FedEx where people can get them in a decent amount of time. |
The liftchair is where I watch television, but I also use it for sleeping. |

Service & Delivery Did have a problem with the delivery - paid for indoor delivery service and UPS left it on the curb. I had to get some friends to come over and take it in the house - not good! |
The chair is the perfect chair for me. So far it's been great, and sales / customer service was great too. |

A Little About Myself Average Health |
Pros Sturdy, Safe |
Cons It's all good. |
After being in a serious car accident I can honestly say I am finally comfortable in my lift chair.
With the kinds of injuries I have the worst thing was not being able to sit or lay down for long periods of time.
The first day I received my lift chair I was impressed at how easy it was to operate.
Reclining makes me so relaxed that I often nap in my chair.
The best thing about the lift chair is it lifts me up enough where I can stand up and not be concerned about any pain or hurting myself.
This chair make me fell like Big Ed has arrived. |

A Little About Myself Elderly, Obese |
Pros Sturdy, Safe |
Cons |
Seating was a little stiff at first but is comfortable now. I don't use the lift feature as yet, but I will require it after I have knee replacement surgery in the future. It is a great chair for a person of my size (400+ lbs.). I would recommend the optional heat and massage. |

A Little About Myself I have bad knees and a bad hip. |
Pros Safe, Sturdy |
Cons |
I use this chair to ease pain in knees and hips when sitting and standing. This chair gets me up into an also standing position and keeps feet and legs elevated when sitting back. A nice and strong chair that doesn't slide around. It was easy for two people to set up and easily fit through doorways in the house. I LOVE IT! |
